Hi there,
I recently bought a netgear xr1000 and am having some trouble setting everything up properly.
I play COD (ps5) and would like to narrow my search range so that I come against lesser opponents.
At the moment the Geo filter works but the ping heatmap shows nothing.
COD shows my reallife location, is this intended or should it be the region you choose with geo filter?

I have connected the router in the following way:
Cable from modem (no bridge) to router. Then cable from router to ps5 and a cable from router to pc.

Hope you can help me!

I used a vpn but the advantage of the geo filter seems to me that you can very specifically choose an area in which the lobbies are searched. This is probably more effective.

For Ping Heatmap, hit click the three-line menu in the top left of the Ping Heatmap map and click 'Resync cloud', are you able to see servers then?

For Geo-filter, you'll still see your physical location in-game, Geo-filter does mask/spoof that.
