internet bufferring going in and out

when im watching multiple streams or playing a game and watching a stream everything starts to buffer for a few minutes and then goes back to normal over and over again.I dont know if its my isp or the router what should i do

Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page? This is the behavior that Congestion Control was designed to stop, are you using that feature?

Set Congestion Control to Always, then it will apply when you're not gaming as well, see if that improves it
