I'm having trouble with QoS the QoS says device wont load then this r-app just won't load i tried restoring the XR router to factory cleaning the cache from the browser nothing worked

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

When did the issue start happening, after a setting change, update etc? 

What device/web browser are you using to access?
