No Wi-Fi and internet

Hi just got home with the wifi and internet not working from router. Tried factory resetting with no luck. Not able to access the OS using 192.168.77.1 either. Please help

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it works please.
