Kadeem Posted October 16, 2022 Posted October 16, 2022 Every 5 mins I’m getting this , I have the new firmware 1.0.0.64. I have pin reset 5 times , I have change my lan cables , I have even change my modem. I don’t know what else to do. I have call to fix the issues but I keep getting send to India to troubleshoot. Can anyone help ?

If so use 192.168.1.1 instead, do you get the same thing then? When did this issue start to occur, after settings changes, an upgrade etc?
Kadeem Posted October 16, 2022 Author Posted October 16, 2022 I tired Both Microsoft Edge and Google chrome. I used both 192.168.1.1 and routerlogin.net if one crashes I go to the other. Same thing happens , I even tired incognito, that’s even worst it keeps logging me out ,for me to sign in. if I switch from QoS to Geo or any other I always have to sign in , like it sign me out. It has been happen for a while ever since I got it in April 2022 I just have been dealing with it since , now I can’t. Now again getting Missing JSON
