sinds i enabled vpn my nat type has changed from ope to strict,how do i get it open again?

That is what happens when you use a VPN unfortunately which is one of the reasons we don't generally recommend them for use on a gaming device

expressvpn is telling me the same, would a virtual router be a option to make use of it in your opinion?

You would still have to apply the VPN to the device you want and you would still not get an Open NAT so I don't think it's a solution. You're using the VPN for IPTV though so not having an Open NAT shouldn't negatively affect you too much, just disable it when you want to use it for gaming.
