Difficulty Setting up VPN

Hello! I am trying to manually connect to the PureVPN on DumaOS as I have read on the forums that the basic setup is not functioning properly. My understanding is that I do as follows:

1. Go to Hybrid VPN on DumaOS.

2. Click VPN Setup.

3.Click Advanced.

4. Fill out the username and password according to my DumaOS login. ex. USER: admin , PASS: ********.

5. Copy and paste the notepad file contents of one of the OVPN config files.

6. Click connect.

I am continuously getting stuck on "connecting" or I am getting thrown a Failed status. Am I doing something incorrectly? Please inform.

You need to use the username/password for your PureVPN account or credentials they give you specifically to use with a VPN.
