ping problems

im pretty sure its not to do with the router itself but recently ive been having these massive ping spike problems that no mater what i try i cant seem to find a fix to it and since you guys know a good bit about internet i thought to ask see if you know whats going on. When im playing games every 8 or so seconds i rubberband hard other than that there is no lag and not sure wahts causing it. I did multiple connection bechmarks and its the same results everytime that looks like this.

So the Ping Test in the middle is a baseline test and it does indicate you have a big spike issue, it could be your connection to the Google server specifically which is used for the test or an indication of a bigger issue with your ISP/line. Best thing to do to check is to connect directly to the modem and see if you have the same issue.
