Is there a way to block content across all devices\apps using xr1000?

I have certain keywords in my content filtering, but some of the content is filtering in via instagram. Im assuming this is because of the hashtag in front of the word. When attempting to add the hashtag (#) in front of the word, I get a bad request from server error.

It's a feature built by Netgear so it may be better to make a ticket directly with them for the best answers on this particular subject https://my.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx  try an asterisk instead before the word so *badword and see if it works.
