dcmss5
Cloud data not downloaded click force update. I do that and nothing happens. Ive tried resyncing cloud manually and a briefly wait before using this Rapp message appears. I've resynced geo filter and device manager multiple times and still getting same messages
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 11, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 11, 2022 Welcome to the forum! When did this start happening exactly? What firmware version are you on? If you run a Connection Benchmark test does it complete?
dcmss5
Last night I updated to the newest firmware .64 did a factory reset and tried viewing the ping heatmap and it don't work. xx._iq_.xx
Same issue here as well. Geo and ping heat are broken. Factory reset doesn't work. Connection benchmark works. FW 1.0.0.64_1.0.49 I even tried to re-install latest FW, with a factory reset and no go. Both are still broken. Not to mention the DumaOS on the XR1000 web interface is super slow. My XR500 loads up just fine. I've had this router for 4 months and I'm not happy how with how much attention this router requires to keep working. Is there an earlier FW that works that I can install?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 12, 2022 Administrators Share Posted June 12, 2022 Thanks for the information, I believe this could be a cloud issue in which case we should be able to resolve it without a firmware upgrade. Could you both try the .52 version and see if it still works there again?
