belmster Posted June 10, 2022 Share Posted June 10, 2022 Hello, My R2 hasn't been working properly for the last few months. Today the internet stopped working altogether so I decided to try going into DUMAOS to see if I could solve it. Whenever I try to access DUMAOS now it doesn't work and it turns out it just wants to access the BT Smart Hub manager. I have set the BT Smart Hub up properly by putting the R2 into DMZ config and turning wireless off and it worked fine for about a year. Even when plugging directly into the R2 it still brings up BT Smart Hub manager. I have tried resetting, plugging in, wireless - everything, but cannot get onto DUMAOS whatsoever. Any help would be appreciated. I'm getting quite sick of this router which is a huge regret considering the price. Many thanks, Will Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Netduma Liam Posted June 10, 2022 Share Posted June 10, 2022 Welcome to the forum! How are you connected to the R2, via wired or wireless? If you're on Windows, can you open a command prompt and enter the command ipconfig, then send over a screenshot of the output?
