Getting tons of Errors on DumaOS

I keep getting these errors when going to QoS on the DumaOS settings page

It wont even load the screen just keeps showing the loading symbol 

I've tried doing a hard reset and still showing the same issue. It's also just really slow on loading anything on this main screen. seems super buggy and sluggish

need mind I fixed it by clearing my history and cookies lol
