How to keep my router from going into a bridge mode loop again

i dont know if this is the right tab for this question but i had a question my first router got stuck in a bridge mode loop where it restarted itself over and over and i got a replacement, is there a way i can avoid the same thing from happening to my new one??

What do you mean by a bridge mode loop exactly? It shouldn't happen again, it would have been a faulty router. New firmware will include more fixes and improvements to stability to keep the router from getting into a state like that.
