cant login to Netduma R2 router

i was trying to update now i cant logion back in . At this point i don't know if i even know the username or  password.  Not sure how to reset everything

Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and you can go through the Setup Wizard and set the username/password there. If you need a username/password to access the wizard it is admin / password
