XR1000 unable to access QoS, Connection Benchmark and Traffic Controller

Hi,

I recently purchased a Nighthawk XR1000 directly from yourselves, as an upgrade from the XR700. I have set it up today and the QoS, Connection Benchmark and Traffic Controller settings won't seem to load. I either get "uncaught object" or the "Rapp not loaded yet, please try again in a minute" messages. I have tried a factory reset (pin in the back) and I did the latest update whilst setting it up. Netgear Armour is also active. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Many thanks

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. What web browser/device are you using to access the interface? Reboot the router from the interface, wait 2 minutes then access and see if it still occurs.

I'm accessing the interface on my pc and i'm mainly using Chrome but, i have just tried to use Edge as well, with the same result. I tried the reboot whilst i was on Chrome and it seemed to be worse after that because it wouldn't even load the dashboard. It initiatially gave a long message, followed by the shorter "no response from JSON" or something to that effect.

I have just disabled Armor via the mobile app, rebooted on the pc and waited about 2 minutes. It seems i've lost the Ping Heatmap now as well and the interface is running a lot slower than the XR700.

That's odd, it usually runs smoother after that. Could you clear your browser cache/cookies, then reload each page once and see if it performs better please on subsequent reloads

This doesn't seem to have changed much either, it's running a bit quicker and smoother but, I still can't access the same things or add my pc to devices on geo filter etc. I've also gone onto each section to retake the tour just in case.

Instead of resetting using the hardware button can you do so from the interface please, wait 5 minutes then attempt access
