VPN only CoD on PC. It's possible?

Hello.

I am using a VPN via Hybrid VPN but I cannot restrict VPN only for the game. If I remove 443 port I can't spoofing my country in the game (the VPN doesn't works).

If I add 443 port the spoofing works fine, but all my PC run under VPN (web browser, for example).

Now I have only 2 ports in VPN Traffic, 3074 and 443. I tried add all the rest COD ports (TCP, UDP or TCP&UDP) withouth 443, but I have the same results. I only can spoofing if 443 is added. 

Anyway to solve this?

You could try VPNing only UDP for port 443, but I'm not really sure if that'd work as I'm not sure what exactly the game client sends over this port.

HTTPS is a protocol used by so many applications so it'd be impossible to filter it down to just CoD.
