Called Bell Services and hooked up the NETDUMA R2 to the router. I have the ethernet provided going from LAN1 on the Bell modem 2000 to the internet port on the NETDUMA. When I use an ethernet cord from NETDUMA to My PC, the PC says no internet connection. When I try to connect to Netduma R2 using WIFI, it says the password is incorrect, which is the password that is on the bottom of the netduma router. I have called bell and turned on the DMZ and saved the dumaos to the DMZ but still no internet. Please Help as I've been dealing with this for days. Ive also tried resetting the DUMA to factory settings and restarting both the router and the Modem and still getting nowhere

Welcome to the forum!

Could you please first connect to the R2 on your PC via an ethernet cable and then open a web browser and go to 192.168.77.1.

Here you will be met with the setup wizard, you'll need to complete this first to get an internet connection.

After that, let me know if you're having any further issues.
