Add ability to name Geo-Filtering modes

The ability to name filtering modes would be great so you can easily know which filter to turn on.  For example, you can set a filter for solos in warzone so you only allow the closest servers but have a second filter for warzone for a group a friends that are states apart. The ability to name them would allow you to quickly know which one to turn on.

We're actually toying with the idea of having multiple Geo-Filters so this would kind of fit into that but I'll add it to our list as well, thanks!
