Connection Benchmark Test not Working

Hi

I'm trying to set up my Qos and I'm using connection benchmark test to determine what my ping under load is but the test isn't giving me any clear results ..I've attached a photo of what I'm getting on screen 

Any fixes would be greatly appreciated

What firmware version are you using currently? Are you using the Edge browser - if so can you try another browser and see if you have the same issue please?

My firmware is 3.0.394 and I've tried chrome as well ..Still getting the same result...no result under Ping test(under load)

Interesting, did you perform a factory reset after/since upgrading? If not that would explain the issues you're seeing

Could you try on another device if possible? Would be helpful to know if it's on the router or device side

You could try mobile yes although it might not work amazing but could give an insight so worth a try!
