MiguelR Posted March 26, 2022 Share Posted March 26, 2022 Hi I just bought the net duma R2 after I connected it to my modem and pc by an Ethernet cable is shows on the pc it’s connect but no internet. I seen several troubleshoot post about this and nothing has worked for me lucky I do have access to the dumaos and tried factory resetting it (even tho it’s a new router) but nothing I could use some help with this. What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP Identifiers in order to get a connection? I somewhat set up the wizard since there was no internet connecting I just kept skipping and hitting next until I got to the OS. The modem it’s connected to is a Spectrum E31U2V1 and I don’t know but I think it doesn’t require any PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP to connect Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
