Netduma wont stay connected to internet

My router wont stay connected to the internet long enough to do download yet factory reset my router.. ive downloaded the firmware using another router, what do i need to do?

Access the R2 interface, click the 3 dots icon top right, then upgrade by uploading the file and let it do its thing, wait roughly 2 minutes for it to complete then access. Factory reset from the interface, wait 2 minutes and you should be good to go.

While connected via ethernet or WiFi to the router, put in 192.168.77.1 into your web browser - have you been through the Setup Wizard? If not that will be why you're having issues with the internet. Complete that by accessing the interface and you should be good
