You can download XR1000 firmwares from here:https://www.netgear.com/support/product/xr1000.aspx#download You can see how to upgrade to them from here:https://kb.netgear.com/23960/How-do-I-manually-update-the-firmware-on-my-NETGEAR-router The moderate NAT issue may not be related to the firmware though, we can probably fix it. Do you still have moderate NAT if you disable filtering mode in Geo-filter? What is your exact physical setup, what is the make and model of the modem the XR1000 is connected to?
