Do you have multiple devices added to Geo-filter or just the one?

Could you confirm which firmware version you're running?

Could you please please the following:

  1. Delete devices from Geo-filter
  2. 'Resync cloud' from the three-line menu in the top left of Geo-filter
  3. Reboot the R2, wait two minutes
  4. Go back to Geo-filter and re-add your devices
