I've watched several setup videos ready for it coming, just wondering would it be useful to put my Virgin media router into modem mode? I have Virgin Media as well and I've found their hub in modem mode is a little finicky, so what I would recommend is leave it in router mode and then once you have the R2 connected and you've gone through the Setup Wizard, go to the System Information page, copy the WAN IP and then enter that into the DMZ on the VM Hub.
