Ben C Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 Hey team. I have an XR500, and since Version 2.3.2.130 , the QOS has been broken. It pops up with "Device not Found", and the Traffic Prioritisation ports aren't showing (completely blank on the bottom left hand side). I manually rolled back the firmware to V2.3.2.114 - and I still have the exact same issues (Device not Found & Traffic Prioritisation not being visible). The image attached shows the Device not Found message, and bottom left you can see the loading wheel (which remains in that state indefinitely) Any suggestions on how to sort this out?
Netduma Liam Posted February 24, 2022 Posted February 24, 2022 Welcome to the forum! Now that you've rolled back, could you please factory reset the XR500 and then upgrade back to 2.3.2.130? That should resolve the issue for you.
