Good morning,

So, I purchased the Netduma R2 around January of Last year in 2021. I used the device like normal with some issues here and there but was able to solve them. Now its stuck boot looping over and over. I wrote on the forum about this issue when I saw others having the same issue. I asked if I could just get it replaced since it might be bricked was just given the run around instead of just letting me replace it. Can I please get someone to help me replace it? I saw that there was a new firmware and tried installing it before it could do the loop. It doesn't give me enough time to even install it. I even factory reset the device and still have the issue.

Unplug your R2 from the mains, remove ethernet cables to leave for about  15 to 20mins. While R2 is off clear  cache and cookie on the browser you use to access netduma, now power your R2 and see if the boot loops stops. If you do manage to get in to main menu, I would suggest you try installing latest update once more hopefully this helps resolve your issue.

I would try that but once I started having that boot issue I had it unplugged ever since so for months. Also, when I mean by boot looping issue, I mean the actual device keeps rebooting on and off. Like if it's just stuck doing that over and over.

If you're able to briefly access the interface before it reboots, can you please go straight to this URL:

http://192.168.77.1/desktop/index.html#com.netdumasoftware.settings

From there please enabled remote access to tech support and let me know when you're done so. We should then be able to stop it remotely.
