David M.
Hello, I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm trying to setup the hybrid VPN with Nolag vpn. I go to advanced in the tab and try to enter my username and password. I've tried to leave it blank, enter my correct information, and just put 1 for username and password like Nolag VPN says to do. I think I'm getting configuration part wrong though. So I picked North America, Hawaii. It gave me hawaii-2.nolagvpn.com. is that what I put into configuration??? Maybe I need a step by step if possible. I know nothing about computers so thanks for the help.

Tried 2 factory resets as well 😒 The username and password is what you will have configured when you originally setup the R2. If you can't remember these, you'll need to hold the reset pin on the back of the R2 for at least thirty seconds. After that, access the DumaOS interface from an incognito window and complete the initial setup again.
