Hello,

I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm trying to setup the hybrid VPN with Nolag vpn. I go to advanced in the tab and try to enter my username and password. I've tried to leave it blank, enter my correct information, and just put 1 for username and password like Nolag VPN says to do. I think I'm getting configuration part wrong though. So I picked North America, Hawaii. It gave me hawaii-2.nolagvpn.com. is that what I put into configuration??? Maybe I need a step by step if possible. I know nothing about computers so thanks for the help.

Hey, we've got a guide on our knowledge base that will walk you through how to setup Hybrid VPN, here's the link:

You need to add an OpenVPN configuration file into the configuration section. You can download these from your VPN provider directly.

Well now back a step or 2. I updated the firmware and now I can log in with my username and password. I tried admin/password as well and that didn't work. Tried 2 factory resets as well 😒

The username and password is what you will have configured when you originally setup the R2. If you can't remember these, you'll need to hold the reset pin on the back of the R2 for at least thirty seconds. After that, access the DumaOS interface from an incognito window and complete the initial setup again.

I've tried multiple configuations and dont think i am doing it right, a large portion of your customers buy the product to use with hybrid VPN feature, please help

Open the file you've downloaded in a notepad and copy the entire contents of this file. Then, paste this into the configuration field when setting up Hybrid VPN. Please refer to the below guide for exact steps on how to do this.
