VPN FAILING TO CONNECT HELP

Hi 

 

i have an r2 router

i use express vpn 

since updating to 3.0.394 software i have been unable to use the vpn service

i tried to revert to older software and had the same issues

no matter what country i try to vpn to i get 'failed' or 'disconnected' errors

i played on ps5 the last 6 months with vpn and netduma r2 

i have re installed the newest software and performed several factory resets with no success in gaining a vpn connection again.

any help would be great.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Please try entering the VPN DNS in the  of the HybridVPN page, if they don't have a DNS put the server IP from the config in and see if it will connect.
