R2 lights up but no internet connection

Hello, 

I just got a R2 and all the lights are on. Power, internet. 2.4 & 5ghz. But it says connected/No internet. My ISP is Starlink. My Starlink and a Netgear routers both work when I hook them up separately. I can't access the netduma OS. I'm not really tech savvy. Any help would be great.

Have you been to the R2's interface and completed the setup wizard?

To do this, connect directly to the R2 and go to 192.168.77.1 in your web browser.
