HybridVPN - PureVPN not connecting/failed

Hello, I could not get PureVPN to work under basic or advanced.

I've tried with Linux(2.0)and DD-WRT(2.0) configs from purevpn.

 

XR500, Firmware: V2.3.2.130, DumaOS: 3.0.202

Hey, welcome to the forum!

The Linux 2.0 file should work with advanced, based on the logs there the authorization failed, double check you're using the correct username/password - you may need to use a different one than the one you login to their website with

Thanks for the fast reply, 

I used the wrong login data. Then I found a guide on PureVPN.  https://support.purevpn.com/how-to-configure-purevpn-with-netduma-and-nighthawk

Tried again with the correct username/password, but still the same outcome/logs.

Don't use the basic setup, use the Advanced setup using the Linux 2.0 files and the correct user/pass you've found and it should definitely work, if not can you provide the logs again please.

I just tried with the same file and it connected, can you take a screenshot of the information tab instead of logs please?

I get TLS fatal error using purevpn.  just keeps sa¥ing  "connecting".

Welcome to the forum!

Are you using the basic setup or advanced? If basic download a config from them for the server you want to connect to and use advanced and see if you can connect then.
