Fanteas Posted February 3, 2022 Share Posted February 3, 2022 hello i need a refund or replacement on my netduma r2! after restoring 4 times the router to default trying every setting possible! there is still problem with it! the firmware is up to date ! without any vpn or geo filter im losing acces to the router setting , im losing internet for wire only sometimes and other times im losing internet for wifi only ! when one of those happen! sometimes it get fix by unplugging and repluggin but most of the times i need to restor to 0! hybrid vpn work when he want to work! its never the same! im sick and tired. internet provider confirmed it was a problems of router after scaling our internet back! and changing our modem and cables. His hypopthese was the power suply provided for the router only had 1 AMP and he said usually big router is between 1.5 to 2 amp. maybe that could fix something but it aint mine to try it! i need a replacement or refund asap Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
