I've played around with DNS Override, but that leaves me with no connection after reboot. I'm connected to the R2 via PPOE, R2 is connected directly to open reach modem. Thanks. Generally people will do this using a VPN. You'll need a subscription with a VPN provider for this but once done, you should be able to add it to Hybrid VPN so you can apply it globally to your network.
