Hybrid vpn question

for the hybrid vpn do you have to own a subscription in that vpn to be able to use it on Netduma? if not is there any free ways to vpn with hybrid vpn i see openvpn but it doesnt change the location on your pc i think

Yes you do need to own a subscription from a VPN provider in order to make use of the feature. Some VPNs have trials but you'd need to have a look around as they may need your payment information and charge you first
