BT 500 Fibre

hi guys i have upgraded from 120meg to 500meg BT Full Fibre its been 12 days now and still no 500meg dont need a moderm upgrade just wondering anyone on BT switched does it take this long cheers

Might pay to post on BTs community forum where if there’s an issue a mod can step in at times. 
fibre installation is taking place outside mine at the moment so will be interesting to see how yours turns out.

hi m8 rang them today i placed my order on the 10th jan they said am booked in for them to come out but it could be later they said they have to come in house and outbox on the house thought i would give you a heads up

o sorry m8  forgot to say 4th of feb they said so just under a month must be busy lol
