I've allowed my friend on my Geo filter but the game "Vanguard" isn't able to put him into that region with me. But it does work when I play alone, though. Any idea? Do they get put into a different game? I would say that it sounds like it's on their side and there might not be anything you can do unless your friend also gets a DumaOS router to Geo-Filter the US as well.
