QoS - Device not found

in XR500. when I go into QoS it gives me Device not found. Why ?

i have try this out:
I have reset router (firmware V2.3.2.130) still the same.
I have downgrade from V2.3.2.130 to V2.3.2.120 and reset. still the same.
I have opgrade from V2.3.2.120 to V2.3.2.130 and reset. still the same.

I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP and let us know if that resolves it.
