Why ? i have try this out: I have reset router (firmware V2.3.2.130) still the same. I have downgrade from V2.3.2.130 to V2.3.2.120 and reset. still the same. I have opgrade from V2.3.2.120 to V2.3.2.130 and reset. still the same.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 30, 2021 Administrators Posted December 30, 2021 How are you performing the reset exactly? You may need to use the TFTP method to upgrade and then do a reset if it's persisting through resets

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 30, 2021 Administrators Posted December 30, 2021 I'd suggest reupgrading the firmware using the TFTP method, this bypasses the boot process and any issues there then once done do a factory reset for the freshest install possible: https://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTP and let us know if that resolves it.
