Hybrid VPN - PureVpn not working

Hi Support!

I'm trying to use Hybrid VPN with purevpn, but it's keeping connecting and never connected, also, no logs available. The PureVPN is working on its own app. Please help!

For the moment you will have to use the Advanced Setup and use the OpenVPN configuration files they provide to connect as we need to update the files we have showing

Thanks for your reply. Just tried Advanced setup, it shows connected, no logs available and my IP didn't change at all.

The IP can cache so clear your browser cache/cookies then see if the IP changes
