If I have a game server on the internet with a static IP and a static UDP port that I connect to, is there any way of ensure that that traffic is prioritised?

And  does the destination must have a static IP that is reserved on the router via the MAC address on the network card? While that static IP should be outside of the allowed DHCP address range.

Hey, welcome to the forum!

You don't need a static IP on the destination side at all, nor does it need to be outside the DHCP range. You can set the destination device in Traffic Prioritization with the UDP port so the traffic is prioritized.
