xr1000 and congestion control

Is there a known issue with this router and using PPPoE?  Tested the last two firmwares (1.0.0.52 and 1.0.0.58) with the same results. I've been using bufferbloat test by waveform and connection test to test this and have found out the only setting that works for my 300/300 fiber is never. As soon as I limit my bandwith the bufferbloat test as well as connection test are terrible for ping under load. Furthermore only download speed is throttled by the congestion sliders, upload speed is unaffected.

For Connection Benchmark on the XR routers we're still improving the results so you can take those with a pinch of salt. Yes Upload not throttling properly with QoS is a known issue so something we're looking at for the next version and will be caught in our new testing procedures.
