Korrabear
hey u wanna hear what one of my favorite things to do is.. i love buying 175 dollar routers that when i plug them into isps modem i instantly get double nat and then when i put the wan ip into the dmz of the isp modem and i click save absolutely nothing changes... then one of my favorite things to do is ask for help by chatting with a support agent from my isp provider and chat with them for 2 hours becuz they have no clue about what a double nat type is or why i would even want to use another router outside of the one provided by them... 2 hours of chat just ending with me talking about how much i hate the world now becuz there is no one that wants to provide real help that can. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 18, 2021 Administrators Share Posted December 18, 2021 What is your ISP modem/router model? You copied the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page and input that into the ISP modem DMZ correct? If so on the ISP router, set that IP as static/reserved then reboot the R2 from the interface and see if it is open then.
