Hybrid VPN with PureVPN not connecting

Hi,

I have a PureVPN account which I am trying to use through my Netduma R2.

The VPN works fine using the app on my Macbook, but I can't get it to connect using Hybrid VPN.

I enter all the credentials in the "VPN Setup - BASIC" section, and when I enable it the status just sits at "Connecting" - there are no logs on the "Logs" page it just never connects.

How can I resolve this?

Hey, welcome to the forum!

We need to update the configs we have on file, download the OpenVPN config from them directly and then use it with the Advanced Setup instead and it should work.

I don't think they supply OpenVPN config files...not that I can find, anyway.

When will you update the configs you have on file?

You can find them here: https://support.purevpn.com/openvpn-files

You'll need to try the Linux or DD-WRT ones to see which works.

Couldn't say exactly as we'll need to change something on the feature itself to do it properly.
