XR500 Slow Internet Speeds & Internet Drops

I recently upgraded the firmware on my xr500 to V2.3.2.130.

Before the Firmware update i was getting 700 - 800 MBPS Download Speeds.
 

After the update I am noticing the following problems.

1. Cannot eclipse 200 MBPS Speeds

2. Very bad packet burst/lag in video games

3. The router will drop internet connection 2-3 times a day.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear this. One thing we always suggest after an upgrade would be to factory reset the XR, please do try that and see if you're still getting the same issues.

If you are, could you please confirm whether you require PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers for your connection? If you're not sure, you probably don't.
