NetDuma R2 & Virgin Superhub not working?

Hey,

Purchased a NetDuma R2, Switched my Superhub 3 into "Modem Mode", However i don't seem to be getting ANY internet with the Superhub 3 in "Modem mode".

So my Netduma isn't receiving any connection..i know this is a Superhub issue BUT their support is absolutely abysmal so does anyone here with a Superhub 3 know how to get the SH3 and Netduma working in harmony?

Hey, welcome to the forum!

I had the SH3 prior to the SH4 that I have now and I always found the modem mode to be quite flaky, so put it in router mode, then copy the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page and put that in the SH3 DMZ and you should be good to go.

Thanks for the warm welcome and advice.

 

the issue is i cannot get into the R2 system info page to get said Wan IP, I type in "192.168.77.1" in the browser URL and it just comes back. This site cannot be reached.

Never been so frustrated!
