cant access netduma os and tried resetting multiple times. it says netduma os site can't be reached taking too long to respond

Hey, welcome to the forum!

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. When did it first start to occur? Was it after upgrading firmware, changing settings, rebooting etc? 

How are you connected, via ethernet or WiFi? What device/web browser are you using and can you access using http://dumaos ?

cant get on it at all, not done anything, just tried to click on it to check and its not working. ethernet, pc, and no doesnt work using http://dumaos

So this is the very first time you are trying to access the interface? Have you been through the Setup Wizard before? Can you connect to the WiFi and access the interface that way?
