LetsGoBrandon
Why, and how do I get rid of them? There are so many they overlap in a huge starburst. I was just trying to set up an IP Camera, and made this startling discovery. Also noticed firmware was way out of date so now Im on the latest and greatest and yet they remain there, I cant even view the devices that I labeled. Could this have anything to do with my VPN service that is outside of the router, also run malwarebytes regularly and recently.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 28, 2021 Administrators Share Posted November 28, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! When you upgrade firmware it is highly recommended to do a factory reset after to ensure no lingering issues carry over, that would resolve this also. However, if you don't want to do that then click the icon on the Network Map just there and you should see an option to delete offline devices, that will resolve it for you. It's nothing on your side per se, just an issue we'll need to resolve.
