Double NAT detected on XBOX One Series X

Hi,

I have recently purchased a Nighthawk XR300, however I'm having trouble with Double NAT on my XBOX.

I have NOWTV broadband and as far as I can see I don't have the option to use modem/bridge mode on its modem.

So I have added the XR300 to my modems DMZ, then added the XBOX to the XR300s DMZ. I also put the geofilter in spectator mode, am I doing something wrong? Or is there anything else I can try?

Any help would be very much appreciated :)

Hey, welcome to the forum!

You're doing the right thing there. Did you use the XR300 WAN IP to put in the modem DMZ? If you used the IP you use to access the interface it won't work.
