Dsmo Posted November 11, 2021 Posted November 11, 2021 I used the netduma QuickStart guide and followed all the steps and it just keeps saying no internet when I try to set it up and I can’t find any help anywhere
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 12, 2021 Administrators Posted November 12, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! Have you accessed the interface to go through the setup wizard? If not you will need to do that first before you get internet.
Dsmo Posted November 16, 2021 Author Posted November 16, 2021 I have tried going through the setup wizard and I come to a point where it just says no I get net connection and there no other options beside try again
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted November 17, 2021 Administrators Posted November 17, 2021 Click WAN Setup, then click Skip and you can finish the wizard and get through to the interface. Then reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R2 from the interface, wait 2 minutes and you should then have internet
