Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 29, 2021 Administrators Posted October 29, 2021 We likely need to update the configuration files we have so instead download the OpenVPN configuration files from PureVPN and use that with the Advanced Setup and you should be able to connect.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 29, 2021 Administrators Posted October 29, 2021 You may have done it already but open the file for the server you want in a text editor such as notepad, then copy all, enter it into the configuration box in Advanced setup and enter your Username/Password for the VPN in the relevant boxes - have heard from another user that it may not be the user/pass you've made but another - you should find the info on the PureVPN site when you log in

Then you have all the available server files, then right click the one you want, open with notepad and continue
