Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 27, 2021 Administrators Share Posted October 27, 2021 Hey, welcome to the forum! No need to apologize! As it is second hand it would be a good idea to factory reset the router anyway so you can set it up for your connection. Hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, then wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then.
