Matthewj Posted October 19, 2021 Posted October 19, 2021 I'm getting 1gbps speeds from my isp but the netduma speeds test says I'm only getting 280mbps. I did a speed test with the computer connected to the netduma and it says I'm getting speeds up to 800mbps. How can I fix this issue with the netduma?

If so not to worry the speedtest is correct, we need to improve the reporting of the speed part on Benchmark.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 19, 2021 Administrators Posted October 19, 2021 Great, the reason it's doing that is we use a specific service to run the speedtests from so it likely isn't choosing the closest server to you, whereas speedtest.net is and so you can trust that result.
