Matthewj Posted October 19, 2021 Share Posted October 19, 2021 I'm getting 1gbps speeds from my isp but the netduma speeds test says I'm only getting 280mbps. I did a speed test with the computer connected to the netduma and it says I'm getting speeds up to 800mbps. How can I fix this issue with the netduma? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 19, 2021 Administrators Share Posted October 19, 2021 Great, the reason it's doing that is we use a specific service to run the speedtests from so it likely isn't choosing the closest server to you, whereas speedtest.net is and so you can trust that result.
